The Frontier Economic Fund

Launched in June 2025, the fund comprises an index of 137 companies that play pivotal roles across Alaska’s key economic sectors, including energy development, mining, tourism, cargo logistics, transportation, and retail. By focusing on organizations that prioritize local employment and long-term capital investment within the state, the fund aims to highlight and channel capital into Alaska’s sustainable growth story and economic resilience. The asset is managed by Vident Asset Management, with MM VAM LLC as the issuer, and operates under a passive investment strategy, mirroring the structure and weighting of its underlying index.
