  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Financial account credentials or brokerage login information
  • Precise geolocation data
  • Contacts, photos, or other device data

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including AI-powered financial analysis

  • Improve our AI models and analysis quality

  • AI Service Providers: Your queries are processed by third-party AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT) to generate analysis. Queries are sent without personally identifiable information.
  • Analytics Providers: We use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained to provide multi-turn conversation support. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings menu.

To request account deletion, you can either use the in-app account deletion feature (Settings > Delete Account) or send an email to support@alpha-lenz.com. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 7 business days.
